Update on Status Tagging


Effective immediately, we are implementing an updated procedure for status tagging. Moving forward, resolved tickets should be marked with the status tag "Resolved" instead of "Closed."


This change is crucial as tickets tagged as "Closed" will now be automatically archived after 120 days.
